Policy, Terms of Service
This service includes the casino games and other services listed within your event agreement. Our service provides gaming tables and any additional equipment needed. Elite Casino Events, LLC hires only certified casino dealers, who wear traditional white tuxedo shirts, bow ties & cummerbunds, and black slacks—no modification to this uniform is acceptable without written approval from our office. Performance times are specified per the event agreement. Should the client request additional playtime, the rate is $150 per hour per team member. Extra playtime is at the discretion of Elite Casino Events, which we may or may not be able to service your request. Upon casino play end, every event will immediately be broken down, our gaming tables and equipment packed, loaded & removed. Elite Casino Events, LLC will charge $150 per table rented per hour to hold the teardown process.
Any of our photo booths require WiFi to work correctly. The client’s responsibility is to ensure that wifi is available to transfer digital images to your guests from our photo booths. Additionally, any venue that has staircases, smaller elevators, or requires any special handling to deliver and load in will be subject to a delivery charge of $300. Any requests to stay late to tear down the photo booth equipment will also accrue a $150 per hour holding fee.
The total for your services is on your event agreement. The invoice balance is due in full 14 days before the event. Failure to pay the event balance in full by the due date could delay your performance or make it subject to cancellation. If an overtime performance is requested, those amounts are required to be paid in full when asked.
To confirm your event, you must submit a booking form to us with the preferred details of your event. Our office will review your form and confirm with you via email. Paying your booking fee secures your event. At this point, any cancellation would be subject to our policies. Acceptable payment forms are ACH wire, credit card by link payment, or phone. Every event requires a booking form or a signed agreement. The client must submit a digital booking form (or a signed agreement) with a paid booking fee to book. All events contracted in December/January are 100% non-refundable. Events from February 1 through November 1 are subject to a $250 cancelation fee. We require a minimum $250 booking fee when you request to book your event. The booking fee is an admin fee used to prepare, confirm, and reserve your event date, and it is non-refundable. The booking fee is subtracted from your party package but is non-refundable should you cancel.

Holiday & Travel Fees
Events booked on holidays, such as NYE, NYD, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, will be charged a $300 Holiday fee. Any events beyond the 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh will accrue a $3 per mile surcharge.
The recommended gratuity is 15% to 18% of your contract price. If you would like to add any gratuity to your final invoice, let us know the amount, and bookkeeping will add this to your final invoice. Gratuities are shared equally with every Elite Casino Event entertainer who worked your event, and they appreciate your kindness!
Our service is limited to what is in writing and detailed on this event agreement, such as dates, times, team attire, delivery/performance times, table/equipment rental & staffing needs. Any additional assistance/advice or services offered to our clients is given in good faith to help achieve a successful event. Elite Casino Events, LLC is not responsible for any loss, lost/stolen, misplaced, or wrongfully allocated items. Should the client has any specific requests or service modifications, our office managers must approve those previous to the event. Elite Casino Events, LLC has the right to refuse any client/event planners requests that are not in the event agreement.
Elite Casino Events, LLC is bonded and insured. Occasionally, some venues require specific riders. Please notify our office if your venue requests a rider. Allow (10) business days to process the request.
Please know that everyone in attendance is invited to play at our Monte Carlo Casino Night parties. We use only “funny-money or casino chips,” and no real money is ever in play. Our service is only for mock casino nights, and no real casino gambling is ever allowed. Elite Casino Events, LLC provides fun and exciting interactive entertainment that is for amusement purposes only. All casino-style gaming must be complementary, with no purchase required to play. Please learn more about gaming laws and policies and how it applies to your charity event.
If severe weather created any “State of Emergency” or “Hazardous road conditions” that would impair our staff or your guests’ transport to the event safely, the event would be subject to cancellation. The lines of communications would open up between the signor and Elite Casino Events, LLC early that day, acting in the best interest of both parties to find a reasonable solution. Both parties agree to negotiate if the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled (or delayed) to a new available date or time.
This emergency would be considered an “Act of God” and, any unused payments automatically forward to the new event date, up until one year after the original event date. It is doubtful that this would occur and is only a precautionary statement for events in the winter months subject to extreme weather and hazardous conditions. Trust Elite Casino Events, LLC will make every effort never to cancel any occasion and will only do so if it would compromise the safety of our team and your guests.
Should you need to postpone your event due to the applicable government or municipal restrictions from COVID 19, your booking is valid up until one year from the original event date. In order to request such a postponement, you must notify us in writing no less than five days prior to the original event date and provide a detailed explanation of your need to postpone, including citation or reference to the applicable government or municipal restriction. Upon receipt of such a written request, we will forward your prepaid event to a new event date that is open and available without penalty or additional charges. Note that we are only accepting postponement or rescheduling requests within 30 days of, but no less than five days prior to the booked event date because the government restrictions frequently change. We will limit to one Covid rescheduled event date per client; otherwise, booking fees are non-refundable. Any attempts to reschedule events due to COVID 19 related issues not based on government or municipal restrictions, including, but not limited to, client policies, will be at Elite Casino Events LLC’s sole discretion. Except as provided in this section, no events will be rescheduled and no refunds will be issued.
