Policies, Terms of Service

Terms of Service: Quotes do not confirm events. Only signed agreements by both parties will guarantee your event date. The client must submit the booking fee to secure their event. Failure to return a signed contract and pay the booking fee within 14 days will automatically cancel any reserved date or rate. Paid booking fees are deducted from your final invoice. All payments are non-refundable should you cancel for any reason.

Payments: The client agrees to pay all invoice balances 14 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date could make the event subject to cancellation without refunding any previous payments. Payment options are by check and ACH wires; payments by charge card have an automatic 4% processing fee.

Our Services: Elite Casino Events provides gaming tables, staff, and any additional equipment required per your selected package. All events incur a $300 delivery.  

Elite Casino Events hires only certified casino dealers who wear traditional white tuxedo shirts, black bow ties & cummerbunds, and black slacks—no modification to this uniform is acceptable without written approval from our office. 

Performance times are per this event agreement. Should the client request additional playtime, the rate is $200 per hour per on-site team member. Extra playtime is at the discretion of Elite Casino Events, which we may or may not be able to service your request. 

Upon performance end, we will immediately break down our gaming tables and equipment, pack, load & leave. Elite Casino Events, LLC will charge 20% holding fees to hold the teardown process beyond the performance end.  

Special Requests: Should the client have specific requests or service modifications, our event managers must approve them seven days before event day. Elite Casino Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse requests not in this written agreement. 

Holiday / Special Event Fees: Events booked on holidays, such as NYE, NYD, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends, or other special event dates, such as Superbowl, Derby Day, etc., incur a 20% Holiday fee. 

Travel Fees: Any events beyond the 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh will accrue a $3 per mile (one-way) surcharge.

Non-Gaming Policy: All attendees are invited to play at our Monte Carlo Casino Night parties. We use only “funny money” or “casino chips.” Real money is never in play. Our service is only for mock casino nights; no real casino gambling is allowed. Elite Casino Events, LLC provides fun and exciting interactive entertainment intended for amusement purposes only. All casino-style gaming must be complementary; no purchase is required to play. ____Client Initials 

Photo Booth Requirements: Our photo booths require wifi to work correctly. The client is responsible for ensuring that wifi is available to secure a successful photo booth experience for everyone. Additionally, any venue that has staircases, smaller elevators, or requires any special handling to deliver and load it may be subject to a $300 delivery fee. Any requests to stay past the allocated performance time will assess a 20% service fee. 

Limited Liability: Our Service is limited to what is written and detailed on this event agreement, such as dates, times, team attire, delivery/performance times, table/equipment rental & staffing needs. Any additional assistance/advice or services offered to our clients is to help achieve a successful event. Elite Casino Events, LLC is not responsible for any lost/stolen, misplaced, or wrongfully allocated items at any event. 

Liability Insurance: Elite Casino Events, LLC is bonded and insured. Occasionally, some venues require specific riders. Please notify our office if your venue requests a rider. Allow (10) business days to process the request.  

Extreme Weather: If severe weather creates any “State of Emergency” or “Hazardous road conditions” that would impair our staff or your guests to transport to the event safely, the event would be subject to cancellation. The lines of communication would open up between the signor and Elite Casino Events, LLC early that day, acting in the best interest of both parties to find a reasonable solution. Both parties agree to negotiate if the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled (or delayed) to a new available date or time. Once confirmed verbally, any extreme weather-related rescheduled requests must be in writing for us to review and confirm details. 

This emergency would be considered an “Act of God,” and any unused payments automatically forward to the new event date until one year after the original event date. It is doubtful that this would occur and is only a precautionary statement for events in the winter months subject to extreme weather and hazardous conditions. Trust Elite Casino Events, LLC will make every effort never to cancel any occasion and will only do so if it would compromise the safety of our team and your guests. 

COVID-19 Policy:  Should you need to postpone your event due to the applicable government or municipal restrictions from COVID-19, your booking is valid up until (1) year from the original event date. In order to request such a postponement, you must notify us in writing no less than five (5) days prior to the original event date and provide a detailed explanation of your need to postpone, including a citation or reference to the applicable government or municipal restriction. Upon receipt of such a written request, we will forward your prepaid event to a new event date that is open and available without penalty or additional charges. Note that we are only accepting postponement/rescheduling requests within 30 days of (but no less than five (5) days prior to) the booked event date because government restrictions frequently change. We will limit to one (1) Covid rescheduled event date per client; otherwise, event payments are non-refundable. Any attempts to reschedule events due to COVID-19-related issues not based on government or municipal restrictions, including, but not limited to, client policies, will be at Elite Casino Events LLC’s sole discretion. Except as provided in this section, no events will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued.
