Terms of Service
This service includes the casino games requested at booking with (1) certified casino dealers for each game. Service consists of a gaming table, and any equipment needed. Elite Casino Events, LLC hires only certified casino dealers, who wear traditional white tuxedo shirts, with bow ties & cummerbunds, and black slacks. Our service is for a standard of 2 1/2 hour performance time. Should the client request additional casino time, the overtime rate is $75 per hour/per team member. Extra casino time is at the discretion of Elite Casino Events, who may, or may not be able to service your request. Every event, upon casino play ending our staff, will immediately break down our gaming tables and equipment to pack, load & leave. Any request to hold tear down; Elite Casino Events, LLC will charge $50 per table, per hour.
Any of our photo booths require WiFi to work correctly. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that WifI is available for the transfer of digital images to your guests from our photo booths. Additionally, any venue that has staircases, smaller elevators, or requires any special handling to deliver and load in will be subject to a delivery charge of $300. Any requests to stay late to tear down the photo booth equipment will also accrue a $150 per hour holding fee.
The total for your services is listed on your booking form/contract. The invoice balance is due in full seven days before the event. Failure to pay the event balance in full by the due date, could delay your performance, or make it subject to cancellation. If an overtime performance is requested, those amounts are required to be paid in full when asked.
To confirm your event, you must submit a booking form to us with the preferred details of your event. Our office will review your form and confirm with you via email. Paying your deposit confirms your booking. At this point, any cancellation would be subject to our policies. Acceptable payment forms are ACH wire, credit card by link payment or phone. Every event requires a booking form, and a deposit to be secured. December events deposits are 100% nonrefundable. January through November event deposits are nonrefundable within 90 days of event day for any reason. Refunds of deposits before 90 days of the event day are acceptable; however, Elite Casino Events, LLC will charge a $250 cancellation fee. Once a booking form is submitted, the deposit must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the event.

The recommended gratuity is 10% to 18% of your contract price. If you would like to add any gratuity to your final invoice, let us know the amount and bookkeeping will add this to your final invoice. Any tipped amount will be shared equally among every Elite Casino Event entertainer who worked your event. Thank you for considering tipping our hard-working team!
Our service is limited to what is on your booking form such as dates, times, team attire, delivery/performance times, table/equipment rental & staffing needs. Any additional assistance, or advice, or services offered to our clients, or charities are in good faith to help achieve a successful event. Elite Casino Events, LLC is not responsible for any loss, lost/stolen, misplaced, or wrongfully allocated items. If the client has any specific requests or service modifications for our staff, those requests need to be submitted in writing (7) days before the event. Elite Casino Events, LLC has the right to refuse any requests not included in our terms of services.
Elite Casino Events, LLC is bonded and insured. Some venues require specific riders. Please notify our office if one, (COI), is requested by your site, allow (10) business days to process the request.
Please know that everyone in attendance is invited to play at our Monte Carlo Casino Night parties. We use only “funny-money or casino chips,” and no real money is ever in play. Our service is only for mock casino nights, and no real casino gambling is ever allowed. Elite Casino Events, LLC provides fun and exciting interactive entertainment that is for amusement purposes only. All casino-style gaming must be complementary, with no purchase required to play. Elite Casino Events LLC, (ECE), is located in Pittsburgh, PA. We service 60 miles around the Pittsburgh area, and on occasion outside of this area. It is reasonable to note that in the case of severe weather, or hazardous conditions, a conversation would take place between ECE and the client’s early event day. Both parties would in good faith, try to find a solution to the pending weather-related issue that could cause the delivery and performances by ECE to be delayed, or even canceled. Should any event be canceled due to extreme weather, Elite Casino Events would forward the event deposit to another event date within one year. ECE would never cancel any event, and would only consider canceling if it would compromise the safety of our team or your guests.
